Just a little about me! Growing up in Washington, I fell in love with the mountains, rivers, and lakes. . After high school, I ventured to Grand Rapids, MI, to attend Calvin College. Twenty years later, I made my way back to the West (the best!) Coast, settling in Corvallis, OR, to plant Renew Church – and yes, I love the name. Almost 12 years and what feels like a lifetime later, I’m now spending most of my days in Albany, OR
I’m a proud dad of 6 amazing grown kids – 4 of my own and 2 who came with my beautiful wife, Michelle!
We’re an adventurous couple, loving to trail run, mountain bike, camp, and my personal passion, Fly fish! Even more, we love to take long walks or hikes with our dog Philly, cook and eat delicious food and hang out with friends around a table or a campfire while enjoying a cigar and sharing an IPA.
