That’s why I offer a sliding scale based on your income, current financial situation, and the results you’re aiming for. I call it relationally transparent, trust- and results-based pricing. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but it simply means I don’t want cost to stand in the way of your coaching journey.

A little about me

Growing up in Washington, I fell in love with the mountains, rivers, and lakes. After high school, I ventured to Grand Rapids, MI, to attend Calvin College. Twenty years later, I made my way back to the West (the best!) Coast, settling in Corvallis, OR, to plant Renew Church – and yes, I love the name. Almost 12 years and what feels like a lifetime later, I’m now spending most of my days in Bend, OR, and about 4 or 5 days a month in Albany, OR. I’m a proud dad of 6 amazing grown kids – 4 of my own and 2 who came with my beautiful wife, Michelle!

We’re an adventurous couple, loving to trail run, mountain bike, camp, and my personal passion, fly fish! Even more, we love to take long walks or hikes with our dog Philly, cook and eat delicious food, and hang out with friends around a table or a campfire while enjoying a cigar and sharing an IPA. My certifications include CPEC Certification – Empowerment Coaching Network Certified Professional Empowerment Coach recognized by Christian Coaches Network International, Conversational Management – A 19hr. Certification recognized by the Society of Human Resource Management, CDR Certified Coach, and WhyOS Certified Coach. Additionally, I have a Master’s of Divinity from Calvin Theological Seminary.
